Academic Advising:

I ask that my advisees to meet with me at least once a semester to inform me of their plans and progress in the program. Please sign up using the link below.

Letters of Recommendation:

I am happy to provide letters of recommendation for my students. I ask that you give me at least two weeks notice and provide me with the details of the job/fellowship, where to send the letter, and bullet points of key things you want me to emphasize. Please note that it is important for you to have taken a class with me or worked as my Research Assistant in order for me to write you a strong letter. Also, as a policy, I will only write letters for doctoral programs if you have taken at least two classes with me or worked with me as a research assistant.
